Ingredients: cereals 70 % (oats and/ or barley, wheat flakes); seeds 10 % (flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds), cornflakes (corn, sugar, salt, malt extract (barley), emulsifier: mono and dyglicerides of edible fatty acids), dates, raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), almonds, hazelnuts. The product contains gluten and nuts. May contain traces of milk, soy, celery ,mustard, and peanuts. Recommended to be mixed with milk or yoghurt. Store in a cool and dry place.
